14 DAY TRIAL // For those that have not yet heard of Destiny of Spirits, it is a free-to-play, location-based, social strategy game available for PlayStation Vita. Gamers around the world must work together in order to build powerful spirits and advance in the game.
In order to fully experience the game, users may summon, merge and rent supporter spirits as well as numerous items. The world in which the action takes place contains three different magical substances such as Spirit Points, Summoning Stones and Destiny Orbs.
The first ones are used to merge and rent Spirits, while the second ones are mainly for summoning and adding Spirits to your collection. The third category represents the most powerful magical substance in this mysterious world and it is quite hard to find. You can use them as well as the Summoning Stones in order to summon whatever spirit you want.
By merging Spirits, gamers can boost their experience and as a result level them up. Since the enhancer Spirit is absorbed by the base Spirit, the player must be careful with his choice.
If by any chance you need help in a battle, you are able to borrow a Supporter Spirit from another Spirit Master. In case he is your friend, you will be able to reap the benefits of the Spirit's support skill.
If you care to try the game, there will be a closed beta test for Destiny of Spirits. It starts on October 24 and will last until October 31.
A limited set of players will be invited to test the project so that developers may improve it according to the received feedback.
