Bungie has offered some more details about the recent first look alpha it ran for the Destiny shooter on the PS4 last weekend, confirming that gamers had access to less than 10% of the final game, and that a huge amount of things will be possible in the full experience.

Destiny is one of the most anticipated games of the year, and Bungie wants to draw in as many people as possible ahead of its September release.

As such, it's planning a beta stage for the month of July and it has just concluded a surprise first look alpha stage on the PS4 platform.

The small test phase only included an Old Russia portion of the Earth environment, as well as the central Tower hub world and the Crucible PvP system.

According to Bungie's Evan Nikolich, the alpha had less than 10% of the final build content, and the official game will feature way more worlds, including the Moon, Mars, Venus, and plenty of things to do in them.

Nikolich also took on Twitter the chance to offer his thoughts on a possible Destiny PC version, saying that fans should "never say never," about the appearance of the multiplayer shooter on that platform.

Destiny launches this September on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
