The development team at Bungie is acknowledging that Destiny is at the moment having some connection troubles on the Xbox One home console from Microsoft, with a dedicated team at the company currently investigating the issue in order to find the cause and eliminate it.

The information comes from the official Twitter account of the company and it seems that the problem was more widespread initially, with a group of gamers now reporting that they are able to play the social shooter as normal.

Destiny had a lot of connection issues when it was first launched, and even if the developers have worked hard and launched plenty of fixes in order to eliminate them, there still are moments when either Xbox One or PlayStation 4 gamers are unable to connect to the game or take part in some activities.

There’s no ETA for a solution at the moment.

Destiny is a popular shooter, with more than 12 million copies sold before the Christmas period.

For the moment, the team at Bungie is aiming to fix a range of issues that are affecting the title, including the heavy ammo bug.

They are also working on a new expansion, called House of Wolves, which is rumored to be coming on May 19 with a new strike, a new big raid, and more equipment for all Guardians.
