Activision and Bungie revealed to the world their Destiny project earlier this week and now, during Sony's PlayStation 4 announcement, the two companies have posted a fresh video with the game, confirming that the new first-person shooter will arrive both on the PlayStation 4 and on PlayStation 3 with exclusive content.

Destiny is Bungie's next big bet and the shooter promises a persistent shared-world experience that will draw in gamers on the PS3 and Xbox 360.

At Sony's PlayStation 4 reveal, Bungie confirmed that Destiny would also appear on the next-generation console and that both the PS3 and PS4 versions will have exclusive content.

The studio also presented a brand new video with Destiny, including not just artwork from the game but also gameplay footage, plus commentary from the studio's co-founder, Jason Jones, who shares a few more details about the new shooter.

Check out the new video above and expect to hear more in the future, as Destiny is expected to appear sometime in 2014.
