Dead Nation, the top down shooter for PS3 from developer Housemarque, is going to make its way onto the PlayStation 4 console from Sony next month, at least according to a leak from the company's Hong Kong division.

Dead Nation appeared back in 2010 for the PS3, delivering a pretty cool top down shooter that saw players guide survivors through a zombie apocalypse in order to find a cure and restore everything to normality.

The title was well-received but, since then, developer Housemarque moved on to other projects, such as the really successful Resogun for the PS4.

Now, it seems that the studio has gone back to Dead Nation in order to remaster it for the PS4 and will soon debut Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition.

While we have already heard about a possible PS4 edition in a rumor last week about the PlayStation Plus free games coming to Europe in March, now an official leak has appeared.

On Sony's Hong Kong PS blog, the local bureau confirmed that on March 6, Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition would be offered for free to PlayStation plus users in that region.

Unfortunately, no other details were offered. Even so, given that the game will debut next month, you can expect an official confirmation really soon.
