Daylight, the upcoming survival game for PC and PS4, has been delayed by three weeks and is now set to appear on April 29 for the two platforms.

Daylight was originally revealed some time ago as one of the first all-new games powered by Epic's Unreal Engine 4 technology. The title, coming from developer Zombie Studios and publisher Atlus, was initially set to appear next week, on April 8.

However, due to a few new problems and the desire to polish the whole experience, Zombie and Atlus have decided to postpone the game's release by a few weeks.

More specifically, according to VG247, the studio wants to have extra time in order to implement all the scare cues to be used by the game via its innovative Twitch chat integration.

In case you forgot, when you stream Daylight on Twitch, the chat users can trigger certain scares and sounds inside the game just by typing out certain things.

The extra development time will ensure that the rather intriguing feature works as intended and won't end up disappointing players.

As such, Daylight is now going to launch on PC and PS4 on April 29, so expect to hear a bit more about the survival horror game until then.
