The developers at Digital Extremes and publisher 2K Games have launched yet another trailer for their action game The Darkness II, showing off yet another batch of highly violent executions that players will be able to perform on their enemies.

The name Inside Out gives a clue as to how the shown moves change the nature of the enemies and the name joins other highly suggestive trailer names like Torn Apart, Sliced and Brutalised.

The game uses the same core characters as the first one in the series, and gamers will now have even more options when it comes to combat, complete with over the top violent finishing moves.

The Darkness II is set to launch on the PC, the PlayStation 3 from Sony and the Xbox 360 from Microsoft, with the launch taking place today in the United States and three days later in Europe, with all those interested able to download a demo of the game.
