14 DAY TRIAL // Namco Bandai has released a bundle of amazing Dark Souls 2 screenshots that can surely be called eye candy.
Dark Souls 2 beta has received some good feedback from EG-contributor Simon Parkin when he played it this month, saying “The vast amount of work that has gone into smoothing over the online game and developing the subtleties of combat and control was clear. This is endlessly reassuring.”
Furthermore, he goes on to say that "From Software's approach has always been to focus on the foundations of play, ensuring that the basic effect of pressing a button is meaningful and specific. Then they build flamboyance and embellishment upon that core. For that reason this series has the best combat system of any video game. That is an accolade that, on this demo's evidence, appears yet further unassailable."
The game surely did not bring it all out so, players will most definitely expect some improvements when it is released.
Don't forget that Dark Souls 2 will be available on March 14 for PC, PlayStation 3 as well as Xbox 360.
