14 DAY TRIAL // Developer From Software and publisher Namco Bandai are delivering a new trailer for Dark Souls 2, which uses the live action format and seems to suggest that a bigger reveal is coming soon.
The team is unwilling to offer any details at the moment, apart from the cryptic: “Dark Souls' universe is taking a surprising new form... Are you ready to meet...him?”
Developers might be ready to introduce a pre-designed main character for Dark Souls 2, which could be a disappointment to some fans of the series.
From Software has already said that it wants to expand the appeal of the series while making sure that the overall experience is more accessible but not easier.
Dark Souls 2 will be launched on March 14 of next year on the PC, the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. No information about potential next-gen versions of the game has been offered.
