14 DAY TRIAL // Dark Souls publisher Namco Bandai will start releasing the digital comic Into the Light, with a storyline based on the Dark Souls universe, starting Wednesday January 8.
Dark Souls 2 is an upcoming open-world action role-playing game being developed by Japan-based From Software. Players will take the role of a cursed character struggling to find a cure for his affliction.
The whole affair will be available on the Dark Souls 2 digital comic page and will be gradually unveiled at a pace of two pages per week.
The comic will be created by famous industry writers Rob Williams and Andi Ewington and will be illustrated by 2000 AD and Marvel Comics artist Simon Coleby.
Dark Souls 2 is scheduled to hit stores starting March 14, 2014, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A PC version will also be made available further down the line.
