The team at the Paradox Development Studio is revealing that it is currently working on a new small patch for Crusader Kings II, which is designed to launch relatively soon and will deal with some of the issues that the community has been flagging on the forums.

But the studio has plans to put more work into the 2.4 patch, which is associated with a new and yet unnamed expansion "geared towards cleaning the house and [which] will take care of myriads of old outstanding bugs and issues."

The problems with Crusader Kings II that will be dealt with involve the Pope mechanics, the Strategist trait, wife tweaks, nerfs for the Seduce mechanics added in Way of Life.

Paradox is also inviting fans to talk about the changes they would like to see in patch 2.3.4 and the company might change the full list before the actual launch date for the update.

The most intriguing fact for grand strategy lovers is that Crusader Kings II will get yet another expansion this year and it will be interesting to see what the team can add to a title which seems complete and might be a little too bloated for its own good at times.
