Colossal Order, the developer of the very successful city building game Cities: Skylines, is apparently intent to deliver a ton of post-launch support.

The company outlined some of its plans concerning the near future of the title, thanking the loyal fans for the support and feedback they have delivered since Cities: Skylines' release, roughly a month ago.

The game quickly became publisher Paradox Interactive's most successful game, alongside Obsidian's Pillars of Eternity, and earned a ton of kudos for its complex systems, intricate simulation features, and satisfying gameplay.

In a post on the Paradox Plaza forums, the developer revealed that the next planned update for the city building simulation game will add a bunch of new features and gameplay tweaks, including the long-awaited tunnels, and the ability to erect wall-to-wall buildings in your districts.

However, the representative from Colossal Order pointed out that gamers would have to wait a little over a month in order to get it, since it ended up being much bigger than the team initially expected.

If you're curious whether the game is any good or still licking your wounds from the pretty horrible SimCity 2013 and would like to learn more about this game, you can check out our review of Cities: Skylines.
