Quantic Dream has recently opened a brand new and fancy website, hosting a bunch of interesting videos showing behind-the-scenes footage from the making of its highly popular video games.

The French studio is famous for crafting gripping narrative-driven experiences, and the website shows how the magic was made in the case of its thrillers Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls.

The videos show how the team prepared for the insanely challenging task of creating the games, including a ton of motion capture performances from notable actors such as Ellen Page and Willem Dafoe.

Heavy Rain was an interactive experience built around the idea of engaging the player and conveying powerful emotions, and the video detailing how the team achieved it is well worth a watch if you're a fan of the genre.

The dark thrillers that the company has produced over the years offer a unique experience, completely different from what AAA gaming usually aims to deliver. Unfortunately, there is currently no information on the studio's future projects, but it's rumored that they are currently working on a PlayStation 4.

Quantic Dream has just released a remastered edition of its highly acclaimed adventure game Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy, on PC and mobile platforms. The 2005 game set the standard for a lot of the company's subsequent games, including blurring the lines between cinema and gaming.
