14 DAY TRIAL // Konami Digital Entertainment has just released some details regarding the upcoming downloadable content pack for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, titled Revelations.
The new content will be released on March 25 on Xbox Live Games on Demand and the PlayStation Network, and players will have the opportunity to follow Alucard as some exclusive new branches of the storyline are uncovered.
Alucard, the turned son of Gabriel, has given up on human life years ago, choosing to hunt only creatures of the night. Now he is getting ready for his father's return and the incoming battle against Dracula's nemesis, Satan, with action taking place just before the apocalyptic events of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2.
By exploring the plot of Revelations, players will begin to see how the lone vampire is linked to his father's fate. The legendary vampire's secrets will be discovered and his true involvement in Dracula's story will be unveiled, as the events of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 are set in motion.
The DLC will take place in the same epic world seen in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2, and its incredible story will be expanded, with the fate of the famous Belmont clan unveiled.
Alucard makes use of his own array of unique and powerful abilities, including the Glaciem and Igneas powers alongside the vampiric abilities that allow him to morph into a wolf and a swarm of bats, and even give him the power to turn back time.
His immortal powers are fueled by blood and, with each enemy whose blood he drinks, his powers surge and his abilities are intensified.
