It seems that the development teams associated with the Call of Duty series and publisher Activision are preparing a collection of all the Modern Warfare themed titles in order to launch them on the PlayStation 4 from Sony and the Xbox One from Microsoft.

It seems that the release date is at the moment set for November 25 of this year, according to a leak quoted by Spawnfirst, and that gamers will be able to enjoy the titles at an 1080p resolution and at 60 frames per second.

Activision has not offered any comment on the information, but an official announcement could be made during the upcoming E3 2014 event.

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Collection will include remastered lighting and new high definition textures that use the entire processing power of the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

It’s unclear whether the multiplayer side of all titles will be simulated separately or if Activision plans to create a unified experience.

At the moment, Sledgehammer Games and the publisher are working on Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, which is set to be launched on November 4 on next-gen and current-gen consoles and will introduce a new storyline and some innovative mechanics to the franchise.
