Players will see some subtle shifts in their behavior

Mark Rubin, an executive producer working on Call of Duty: Ghosts, says that enemies in the upcoming shooter will be more reactive to environmental events and to the actions of the newly introduced attack dog.

He tells the Official PlayStation Magazine that, “They might behave differently to the dog or behave a little differently compared to the events that are happening in the level.”

Rubin says that all the new mechanics are subtle and this means that most players might only notice the new behavior when it delivers bad results.

Call of Duty: Ghosts takes place after an unknown force attacks the United States and weakens its capabilities to fight a war.

Ten years later, just the elite soldiers of the Ghosts are still fighting and the battle space is dominated by ruined buildings and newly grown vegetation.

The game will arrive on the PC, current and next-gen consoles.
