14 DAY TRIAL // Developer Revolution Software announces that it is currently working on a revival for the Broken Sword series via a new title called Serpent’s Curse which will be launched on the PlayStation Vita handheld later in 2013.
Charles Cecil, founder and managing director at the team, states, “We are very proud at the reception that our Kickstarter appeal received. As well as funding a core part of development, it has brought together a wonderful community of Broken Sword fans.”
The Kickstarter campaign ran during 2012 and managed to attract backing from 15,000 fans.
Lawyer George Stobbart and sassy journalist Nico Collard will once more be thrown in the middle of a conspiracy that involves a force older than the written word.
Broken Sword: Serpent’s Curse will use core adventure game mechanics and the experience will also be offered on the PC and Android and iOS mobile devices.
