14 DAY TRIAL // Double Fine Productions has confirmed that the first part of its Broken Age point and click adventure title will finally be available for those who backed the project on Kickstarter on Tuesday, January 14.
Double Fine generated a huge amount of hype with its recent crowdfunding projects, like Massive Chalice, but don't forget that the first big success in this realm was registered by the studio with Broken Age, formerly known as the Double Fine Adventure project.
Now, after almost two years spent in development, the first part of Broken Age is finally set to debut next week, on January 14.
In case you forgot, the point and click adventure game from the indie studio got so big that the team was forced to split it into two parts in order to show fans that work is progressing as intended and earn extra money.
The first chapter will be available only to those who backed the project on Kickstarter on January 14 and will appear for regular gamers some time after that, according to Joystiq.
