The second and final half of Broken Age is finally out, enabling all those who followed the project to enjoy its conclusion in Act 2, and those putting it off to finally give it a chance.

Double Fine Production wrote a little piece of history with the legendary crowdfunding campaign for what was then regarded as the revival of the adventure game genre, managing to become one of the most successful projects on the Kickstarter platform.

As reputed adventure video game designer Tim Schafer said during the Kickstarter pitch a few years back, adventure games only existed in memories and in Germany, thanks to Daedalic Entertainment.

Now, after a year of postponement, Broken Age: Act 2 is out, and we can finally complete the coming-of-age journey of Vella and Shay.

Developer Double Fine Productions has released an official launch trailer in order to celebrate finishing the job they set out to do, offering a short presentation of the action in the video game, and showing off the star-studded voice acting cast, including Elijah Wood, Wil Wheaton, and Jack Black, among others.

Another neat feature the company has produced is a documentary series chronicling the making of Broken Age, which is a very interesting watch for everyone interested in what's going on behind the scenes of game development.
