Gearbox Software has touted the variety of PC features it's going to incorporate into its upcoming Borderlands 2 title but the studio has now brought them all together into an actual love letter to PC gamers, written by the game's little Claptrap robot.

In the letter, which you can admire as a fragment above and in its entirety below, highlights the array of special things that will be included in the PC version of Borderlands 2.

Among them there's a new user interface in which the mouse can be fully used. You can also remap any bindings for your keyboard and mouse or just use a gamepad or console controller as they're all supported.

The game can display its action in all sorts of resolutions and you can toggle things like V-sync, mouse smoothing or FOV (field of view).

In terms of actual gameplay, there's now native multiplayer matchmaking online and for Local Area Networks. You'll be able to use Steam features like Steam Cloud, which stores your save games online, as well as achievements and the service's friends list.

Overall, it seems that Borderlands 2 will be a definite treat for PC gamers that want an experience catered to their preferences.

Look forward to its release this September on the PC as well as on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms.
