Valve has registered Internet domains for both Bookterr and Steam-Machines over the last month, which suggests that the company might have more announcements to make for the near future.

Both domains are directly owned by the company, with Booketerr the more mysterious of the two because it’s unclear what it might be linked to.

The registration will expire in October 2014, which means that an official announcement about its use should be delivered before that date.

Steam-Machines is owned by Valve until October 2015, according to NeoGAF.

Recently, the company announced that it was working on a new SteamOS and on a special controller that used haptic feedback.

Both of them are designed to expand the range of options for PC players and a beta that will test their capabilities is set to take place early in 2014 because final launch dates are announced.
