It seems that Blizzard has decided to fix certain bugs and also improve the quality of life within the fast-paced strategy card game Hearthstone.

These changes can be noticed from the daily quests to the play mode and arena. It seems that players have been offered more flexibility, being able to choose between two classes when it comes to daily quests.

Another change can be noticed in the Golden Cards, as they have been updated with new shiny animations. A new ability has been added, the player being able to unlock Golden Basic minions at a higher level of experience.

When it comes to class balance, there have been some improvements made so as to have classes such as Rogues be more in line with the others, Warriors and Priests receiving new tools and improved cards. To make things easier, they have updated the crafting system and even the functionality of the chat.

Significant changes have been made to the Arena, the player now gaining more cards and less dust, as well as more gold, changing the gold generation rate from 5 gold per five wins to 10 per three wins.

Players will be happy to know that they will be able to max out their Hero at 60 and earn experience even in Play Mode (ranked or unremarked).

If you are interested in full patch notes, they will be available with the patch that will also include the collective wipe. Concerning the wipe, any details are available on their blog.
