Dustin Browder, the game director of Heroes of the Storm, is delivering an apology over the way he suggested that female characters in the new MOBA were designed to attract players with their overly sensual looks.

He writes in an official blog post that, “It takes work to make compelling characters, but it’s important to take a step back to ensure that we’re not alienating our players. We have an amazing roster of heroes and we will always strive to make sure that everyone can have a hero that they identify with and feel powerful using.”

He then went on to further say that all gamers who were expecting to play Heroes of the Storm needed to give Blizzard feedback in order to make sure that the game was the best it could be.

The MOBA is designed to take characters from all the properties that the studio has created and allow players to choose their favorite and engage in traditional MOBA gameplay.
