Video game developer Blizzard has announced that it has cut the price for all expansion of its World of Warcraft MMO, both in the official web based store, which allows for full downloads, and in actual brick and mortar retail stores.

Wrath of the Lich King is now offered for 19.99 Euro (25.3 dollars) while those who also want to pick up Cataclysm will need to pay 29.99 Euro (38 dollars).

Before the price cut both titles were offered for 39.99 dollars, which seems to still be the price for those who plan to get them in the United States.

At the moment Blizzard is working on Mists of Pandaria, a new expansion that is set to be delivered later this year and will introduce the Pandaren monks as the first fully playable race that can be played all through the game as neutral.

The company is also rumored to be planning a free-to-play move for World of Warcraft.
