14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer Beenox and publisher Activision Blizzard have revealed images that show Black Cat as one of the characters that players will be meeting in the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man title.
The real name of Black Cat is Felicia Hardy and the current comics continuity has her as the daughter of a well-known cat burglar who decides to continue the family tradition of breaking in and stealing valuables after a traumatic event.
She is a good acrobat and hand-to-hand fighter and her relationship with Spider-Man is a very complicated one.
The two companies have not said exactly what role she will play in the video game or whether they are planning to make her playable, like Rocksteady did Catwoman in the latest Batman title.
The Amazing Spider-Man should be out before the end of June on the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360, the Wii, the 3DS and the older DS.
