BioWare has confirmed that, as of right now, it's still undecided about implementing bonus features into its Dragon Age: Inquisition role-playing game, such as a second screen companion application or options that take advantage of the Kinect.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to make its debut in fall of 2014, a year after next-gen consoles like the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are released.

BioWare will use this time to see what gamers appreciate in the next-gen experiences and what bonus things are popular, such as second screen companion apps or Kinect commands.

"We're coming out a year after launch of gen four," BioWare's Cameron Lee told Eurogamer.

"We definitely have some ideas about it, but until we see how people respond. We're just going to wait and see what happens. So right now there's no difference between platforms."

Quite a lot of cross-generation games will use many new features, including second screen applications to augment regular gameplay, so it's going to be interesting to see if BioWare goes down that road.
