The development team at BioWare has not offered a full list of the characters that gamers will be able to interact with in the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition, but they are once again teasing that Alistair, one of the favorites of the fans, will have a solid role.

The voice actor for the character, Steve Valentine, was present at the studio and found the time to talk to Community Manager Jessica Merizan about his work and about the way he related to fans when he met them.

BioWare states, “His smooth accent is unmistakable, which is probably why so many Dragon Age fans recognize him on sound alone.”

Alistair is at the moment the King of Ferelden in the cannon version of the story of Dragon Age and it seems that his leadership position will require him to get involved in the story of Inquisition, which takes place in Orlais.

Forces under his command might be required in order to take down the tear in the Veil that is allowing demons from the Fade to invade the human world.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be launched on October 7 of this year and can be played on the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
