Video game developer BioWare has announced that it plans to launch a new series of video guides and weekly features for loyal Star Wars: The Old Republic players, showing them some of the features of the game that they might not be aware of.

Eric Musco, who is the social media coordinator working on the Star Wars MMO, launched the series by explaining the nooks and crannies of the character creation process and explores how conversations with NPCs need to be approached.

BioWare also plans to take questions from the player community and post a round-up of information coming from various developer sources.

Since it launched in late December 2011 Star Wars: The Old Republic has managed to perform very well commercially, with more than 1.7 million people currently paying in order to play the game.

BioWare has a whole studio which is set to do nothing but deliver patches for The Old Republic and create new content and new mechanics for the MMO.
