The team at Irrational Games working on BioShock Infinite is delivering patch 7 for the game on the PC, eliminating a number of issues that affected those who started a new game or restarted their experience.

One eliminated problem meant that those who got the Early Bird Season Pass rewards failed to actually receive them when launching a new game.

A bug that did not allow graphics settings to be saved correctly after restart is also history.

The team states in the official announcement that, "In order to address an issue with graphics settings not saving correctly, saved options had to be reset to defaults. Please use the Options menu to select your desired settings."

Last week, BioShock Infinite received its first piece of DLC, Clash in the Clouds, which introduced arena battles.

Story-based DLC linked to Rapture will be delivered later in the year.

The official forum also has a thread for the patch.
