Video game developer and publisher Bethesda has launched a short sequence taken from its Behind the Wall: The Making of Skyrim, which will be included in the Collector's Edition package for the upcoming The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The entire feature will allow gamers who are interested in the game universe to see how the team that was also in charge of Oblivion and Morrowind worked on the new titles and how they used new technology to create a breathing world and more complex game mechanics.

In the trailer video the developers talk about how Skyrim is different from its predecessors and about the small details that they hope that gamers will notice when they play.

Skyrim is set to be launched on the PC, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360 on the fateful date of 11.11.2011.

The game will focus heavily on battles with dragons and on allowing gamers the freedom to explore a snow covered land.
