Bungie's sci-fi shooter came out on September 9, and the nefarious tendrils of online cheating have already reached it

Destiny was barely released three days ago, and some hackers have already popped up, exploiting the sci-fi first person shooter in different ways. And it's not even a PC release.

Anyway, some people are apparently hacking or modding or waving their magic wand at the game, getting unlimited ammo in the process.

While this might not sound like the game-breaking apocalypse scenarios that hacking usually entails, the pesky reloading of weapons that you have to perform every time you finish a magazine or shoot a rocket is what makes shooting people in the face interesting and tactical.

Well, not anymore, not for a small number of players at least, as the video below shows a scene from what looks like Quake and Destiny's love child. The mod enables those who use it to shoot without the need to reload or get additional ammo, which was never a problem, as bullets just spawn as if by magic whenever you need them.

Destiny came out on September 9, aspiring to induce a shift in the way we regard modern shooters by adding a ton of optional multiplayer elements, a persistent universe and a wealth of content that can be experienced both in single player and cooperatively, as well as a compelling storyline to explore, in addition to the usual bouts of PvP.
