Video game publisher Electronic Arts says that it is currently investigating a problem with the Second Assault downloadable content package on the Xbox One version of Battlefield 4 and hopes to soon have a solution.

A number of players have reported that when they try to get access to the DLC, they get a NULL DATA description and an empty price point and they are unable to download the four new maps.

An official representative of Electronic Arts says on the official forums that, "I wanted to just confirm that for you so you guys have a blue post to refer to. Right now all I can say is that we are aware of this issue and are currently investigating this with Microsoft. Once we have some more details I’ll be sure to let you know."

Second Assault will be launched on all other Battlefield 4 platforms in early December.
