Battlefield 4's Second Assault downloadable map pack has just been detailed and the exact maps making a comeback from Battlefield 3 to the new game have been confirmed: Operation Metro, Operation Firestorm, Caspian Border, and Gulf of Oman.

Battlefield 4 has just been released this week across the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms and the developer DICE has already confirmed the array of DLC map packs that it will launch for the first-person shooter.

Among those add-ons is Second Assault, a special DLC that promises to bring back fan favorite levels from 2011's Battlefield 3, which will be a timed exclusive for the Xbox One, launching on November 22 alongside the new console.

During a special competition organized by Microsoft and EA, developer DICE confirmed that the four maps making a comeback are Operation Metro, Operation Firestorm, Caspian Border, and Gulf of Oman.

These four maps will be recreated in the new Frostbite 3 engine with special features like the Levolution cinematic distraction.
