Battlefield 4 is one of the biggest shooters set to launch in the fall, and the a new video shows how the experience of the game is evolving at developer DICE.

High-resolution footage reveals improved graphics and destruction and better sound design.

The level featured in the video was also shown during E3 2013, and the way it can accommodate environmental destruction is interesting.

Battlefield 4 is powered by the new Frostbite 3 engine, which is designed to allow the player and computer opponents to dynamically shape levels.

The game will feature a deep single-player storyline and a new take on the popular multiplayer mode of the series, with a new Commander Mode added to spice up the experience.

Battlefield 4 will be out on October 29 in the United States and on November 1 in Europe on the PC and the current-generation of home consoles.
