Servers with commander mode slots are vulnerable to the new glitch

Battlefield 4 on the PC is apparently affected by a brand new exploit that causes servers with Commander mode enabled to kick all the players and crash.

Battlefield 4 came out back in November and entertained millions of players worldwide. Unfortunately for them, the title was plagued by plenty of problems, issues, and bugs.

Despite many updates and patches, things are still problematic and it seems that a new and quite major exploit has been uncovered.

According to MP1st, which received complaints from several YouTube and Twitch users, a new exploit is causing certain multiplayer servers for Battlefield 4 on the PC to kick all the players and subsequently crash.

More specifically, servers with Commander mode enabled are prone to the problem. It seems that nefarious individuals can enter these servers, execute some form of exploit, cause a massive lag spike, and then an error message appears saying that there are "No free Commander slots."

Immediately the server kicks all the players and crashes.

As of right now, developer DICE hasn't commented on the issue, which can apparently be executed by nefarious players at will and against their in-game enemies.

No solution is known but, until an update appears, you might want to avoid servers with Commander mode enabled.
