The long-awaited reveal for the Battlefield 4 multiplayer will happen via a trailer that will be launched shortly before the beginning of E3 2013 in the middle of June.

The information comes from a source inside the development team quoted by BF4Central, a fan site which has previously offered solid information about Battlefield 4 before it was officially shown by DICE and Electronic Arts.

It’s unclear whether the teams are planning to offer another long video that shows off many modes in detail or if they will only show glimpses of gameplay and offer more information at the E3 trade show.

Battlefield 4 already has a 17-minute long single-player video, but many fans believe that DICE needs to talk about the multiplayer modes, which have long defined the series.

Rumors state that the new first-person shooter will be launched on October 31 and will include a new Commander mode.
