Battlefield 4 is launching on October 29, at least according to a leaked listing on the Xbox website, which ran a special feature article on the upcoming first-person shooter.

Electronic Arts and DICE revealed to the world last week Battlefield 4, the next installment in the prestigious franchise, showcasing a special 17-minute gameplay video that included a mission from the single-player campaign.

Microsoft decided to promote this video on its Xbox website, but it also offered a few extra details, including the actual release date for Battlefield 4.

According to the post on the website, which has since been edited and no longer mentions the launch date, the new shooter is out on October 29 for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.

Neither EA nor DICE have commented on this leaked listing but, considering Battlefield 3 also came out at the end of October, it makes perfect sense that Battlefield 4 will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor.
