Battlefield 4 is not an official DICE project yet, but there are three new high-resolution screenshots for players to admire while they wait for the development team to offer details on the coming first-person shooter.
The images are quite impressive and they seem to suggest quite a leap in terms of graphical quality as well as a bigger focus on emotion and personal connection with the characters.
Battlefield 4 will be offered on the PC, current-gen consoles, the PlayStation 4 from Sony and the yet unannounced Xbox 720 from Microsoft.
The game will bring back 64-player multiplayer matches, a Commander mode with new features and a new storyline.
Gamers can sign up to an official Battlefield 4 website in order to persuade DICE to deliver more information.
