The development team at DICE is offering all interested players another look at the community-made map which is currently being created and is soon set to be offered for free to all those who are still playing the first-person shooter.

The official Twitter account of the series explains that the studio has been making progress on including all the features that fans voted in, including the ghost town and the temple ruins, which will offer a solid set of tactical choices for players to deal with.

At the moment, no official launch date for the community-made map for Battlefield 4 has been announced.

DICE says that, alongside the new map, there are also plans to launch a new Spring update for the shooter, which will deliver another round of bug fixes and weapon balancing, all of it based on the feedback coming from the players.

At the same time, a new weapon package for Battlefield 4 is also set to be delivered, although the exact new tools that gamers can use have not been revealed.

Electronic Arts says that the player numbers for the game still look good, despite the launch of Battlefield Hardline, and that support will continue to be offered for the rest of 2015 at least.
