Video game developer DICE and publisher Electronic Arts are delivering the first image taken from the upcoming Dragon’s Teeth downloadable content for Battlefield 4, with a full reveal of all the features associated with it coming later in the week.

The image shows a riot shield in action, one of the features that the player community has been asking for since the first-person shooter was introduced.

It comes from the Twitter account of a UK marketing executive.

Previously during the week, a series of leaks have offered potential names for the maps included in Dragon’s Teeth and details about a potential new mode that will be introduced via the DLC.

After Battlefield 4 launches Dragon’s Teeth at some point in June, the company will work on one final content pack for the title, while also delivering more patches to tweak the multiplayer balance.

DICE has also made available a special test server recently, which allows the most dedicated players, who are subscribing to the Premium service, to see the changes that are being introduced and offer feedback on them.

Dragon’s Teeth is developed by the studio’s team in Los Angeles, while the rest is rumored to be working on an entirely new title in the franchise, which might be a new installment in the Bad Company universe.
