Video game developer Rocksteady, publisher Warner Bros. and tech creator Nvidia are delivering a new trailer for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight that's focused on the features that the game can deliver because of the GameWorks concept.

Interactive fog and smoke will be present in the world of the game, especially visible during combat scenes, while paper debris also flies around as the Dark Knight deals with his enemies.

Destruction is powered by PhysX tech from Nvidia and gamers will also be able to enjoy improved rain in Batman: Arkham Knight.

Nvidia has long sought to show the kinds of unique elements that its video cards can deliver for the most important PC titles of the moment as a way of gaining sales when compared to rivals like AMD.

The new Batman title is the last one that Rocksteady will work on and will challenge gamers to explore Gotham using the Batmobile, with the vehicle also present during combat moments.

The studio is also promising more gadgets that can be used to deal with threats and a cast of villains that will test the skills of long-term fans of the series.

Batman: Arkham Knight is set to arrive on June 23 on the PC, the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.
