Another Batman: Arkham Knight Insider dev diary video has just been released by developer Rocksteady Studios, this time showcasing even more footage with the special Dual Play mechanic that allows players to switch between Batman and other characters on the fly during combat.

Batman: Arkham Knight is set to debut next month and developer Rocksteady has started sharing more and more details, not to mention gameplay videos and screenshots with the open world action adventure experience.

After kicking off the Arkham Insider series of dev diaries, the studio's back with episode 2.

The new chapter focuses more on the Dual Play mechanic that's set to premiere in Arkham Knight. As mentioned above, it allows players to seamlessly switch between Batman and his allies, like Nightwing, Robin, or Catwoman, during specific battles.

In the new video, a big battle is depicted in which Batman and Nightwing team up to take down lots of different foes. As players keep the combo going, they unlock the Dual Play move that sees the two characters team up to instantly knock out an opponent.

Thanks to the talented AI, players can seamlessly switch between characters and the AI picks up from where they left off without losing the combo or performing in a bad manner.
