14 DAY TRIAL // Bloober Team has announced that the PlayStation 4 exclusive Basement Crawl will launch in Europe on January 29.
Basement Crawl is a fun and fast-paced game based on Bomberman, a popular arcade title that has spawned a multitude of offspring throughout its nearly 30 years of existence.
Players are thrown together in a maze where they have to set up traps (either self-detonated or remotely activated) in order to hurt other players and be the sole standing survivor.
The game will support four players in local multiplayer and up to eight in online multiplayer sessions.
"Basement Crawl finally gives PlayStation 4 owners a reason to invite their friends over to show off their systems – our amazing local multiplayer that is as addictive as it is competitive," Bloober Team CEO Piotr Babieno said.
The game will be available only in Europe starting January 29, at a price of $10 / €10 / ₤8, and developer Bloober Team promised to announced the North American release date soon.
