A new in city-building strategy game will be out on Steam by the end of the year and it's entitled “Banished.” The game will give players the chance to build towns and make them last.

In Banished, you will be able to control a group of exiled people, having only the clothes on their backs, who now want to start anew in a different place.

Taking care of your people is essential as they are the only ones that will make your city grow. Therefore, you must keep them healthy, happy and of course well-fed in order to establish new families that will have children of their own.

What is interesting about the game is that is does not have a skill tree. Gamers can build whatever structure they want at any given time as long as the people have gathered the necessary resources. Also, there is no money available, players can only trade their resources through merchants.

Future gamers will be able to have their inhabitants perform numerous occupations such as farming, hunting, mining and even healing. The number goes up to 20.

You will be the only one in charge of the town; therefore, you need to establish a good plan.

Future information on the game will be available on Banished Creator Luke Hodorowicz's website Shining Rock software.
