The development team at Ubisoft working on the last-gen entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise might not be ready to officially talk about the title, but a leaked trailer has been seen by some fans of the series, and a number of images are showing the protagonist and revealing that the launch date is set for November 11.

The screenshots have been posted on Facebook and lack quality at times, but they offer a glimpse at the world of the new title, which is set to take place on both sides of the Atlantic at some point in the late XVIII century.

The core mechanics are set to mix features taken from Assassin’s Creed 3 and from the Free Cry downloadable content for Black Flag.

The protagonist of Rogue is named Shay and he seems to be a powerful Templar who is comfortable with both blades and long-range weapons.

Ubisoft has not offered any comment, but the frequency of leaks linked to the new Assassin’s Creed probably means that an official announcement might take place at the coming Gamescom 2014 event.

Unity, which will be delivered on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, will be launched on October 28 all over the world and will take gamers to Paris during the time of the French Revolution.

UPDATE: A leaked video was briefly up showing scenes from the game but has been taken down by Ubisoft.
