Ubisoft has just released a brand new set of comparison screenshots from its upcoming Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD, showing off the differences in quality between the original PS Vita title and the new experience.

Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation impressed quite a lot of PS Vita owners back in 2012 when it appeared for Sony's handheld platform, while the full-fledged Assassin's Creed 3 reached the PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U.

Now, Ubisoft is getting ready to re-release the game as Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms.

In order to further show off the difference between the two versions of the game, three fresh comparison screenshots have been revealed by Ubisoft.

As you can see, while there's a distinct lack of anti-aliasing, the textures and character models look much better now.

Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD is out next week on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
