Michael Pachter, who is an analyst watching the video game industry for Wedbush Morgan, has stated that he expected to see the new video game project from Respawn Entertainment launch before the end of March 2014.

The prediction comes after publishers Activision and Electronic Arts have entered into a settlement linked to the legal action that started way back in 2010 and regarded unfair business practices linked to the Vince Zampella and Jason West saga.

The two developers, who were working at Infinity Ward and were responsible for the successful launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, were fired after allegedly conspiring with EA to move their business and take their franchise with them.

The pair is still suing Activision for payments linked to the success of Modern Warfare 2 and that trial is set to get started in early June.

Rumors suggest that the new Respawn Entertainment video game will use the first-person shooter mechanics.
