14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Beenox and publisher Activision Blizzard have launched a new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man, showing the well-known comic book character as he battles a gigantic metal spider which is apparently called a Rhino.
The Rhino name for the giant metal spider is somewhat confusing, as in the Marvel comic book universe the name refers to a powerful man from Eastern Europe who had his skin affected by a polymer which increases both power and speed.
The new Spider-Man powered game will be linked to the reboot of the movie franchise that it launched this year and will tell a side story, detailing the way the main character learned to deal with his powers and use them for good in New York.
The development team is apparently focusing on the web slinging mechanics, trying to make it as close as possible to what is portrayed in the movies and comics.
