Experts show what conflict might look like in ten years

Video game developer Treyarch and publisher Activision have revealed a number of documentary videos linked to Call of Duty: Black Ops II, the first-person shooter that they are preparing for a fall launch, showing how the future of warfare might look according to a number of experts.

The videos feature appearances from: Ollie North, Peter Singer, who has written Wired for War and Alex Brown, a Special Forces officer in the United States army.

Black Ops II will focus on conflict which involves both drones and robotic vehicles that face off against human forces, with the player aiming to take down a villain who wants to use his control over the unmanned weaponry to sow chaos.

The new game will offer a graphical update and will deliver some narrative differences based on player choice for the first time in the history of the series.

Black Ops II will be released on November 13 on the PC, the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.
