14 DAY TRIAL // Video game publisher offered more information on Rhino, the main villain that players will have to fight in the new Amazing Spider-Man video game that arrives alongside the movie this summer.
Stephane Gravel, who is the producer working on The Amazing Spider-Man, stated, “In the spirit of the film, the game is taking a new look at Spidey’s origins, including his nemeses. Building upon our main storyline, his creation is based on a genetic experiment, which also ties to the overall story arc of the game.”
He added about Rhino himself, “He is a hybrid; part rhinoceros, part human. He used to be a human being, but he can’t be considered human anymore. He is driven by animalistic impulses and feelings of fear and sadness – in his current state, he’s extremely unpredictable.”
The developers say that the image of Rhino is linked to how he will appear in the movie reboot of Spider-Man and that the two incarnations of the character will complement each other.
